Consulting
Work on the operating path, not an isolated symptom
I start with one specific question: where does your revenue lose its way? Maybe the right customers never arrive, maybe a promise leaks before it becomes cash, or maybe customers drift away after they buy. Each problem enters the same line through a different door.
Build the Flow
Choose this door when demand is unclear: you're not sure who your best-fit customers are, or leads come in but don't qualify. I use GTM engineering to find best-fit intent, set clear qualification rules and ownership, and build the pipeline that turns real interest into a credible commercial promise.
Protect the Flow
Choose this door when value weakens after the deal is agreed. I trace handoffs, delivery, invoicing, exceptions, and collection across your CRM, billing, and payment systems, and find where revenue leaks before it becomes cash.
Expand the Flow
Choose this door when customers buy but don't stay. I design support apps and workflows that catch problems early, keep customers succeeding, and turn them into renewals and growth.
How the engagement works
First, we agree on the operating question, the system boundary, the source records, access limits, and decision criteria. Then I map the current path, sample the records behind critical handoffs, test definitions and controls, and check disputed findings with the people responsible.
What you receive
You receive an evidence-linked system map, agreed definitions, control findings, data requirements, decision rules, and a prioritized implementation path. Every conclusion stays within the evidence I reviewed. I never invent outcomes in advance.
Right now I offer hands-on diagnosis and system design. Reusable software is a future direction, not a product I claim today.
